Pricing

Terms and Conditions:

• All tours are subject to a minimum number of passengers
• All tours, flights and accommodation bookings, as well as prices, are subject to availability and to change
• Luggage and personal possessions are carried at the passengers’ own risk. SWING EASY TOURS accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or personal possessions of passengers
• The onus is on the passengers to ensure that travel documents and valuables are kept safe at all times
• All payments are to be made via bank transfer in South
• African Rands unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to.
• For all tours a deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking
• The balance is required to be paid 30 days before departure, or immediately if booked less than 30 days prior to departure.
• The following cancellation fees may be imposed unless otherwise stipulated:
  • If cancelled 60 days prior to departure - forfeit 25% of deposit
  • If cancelled 30 days prior to departure - forfeit 50% of deposit
  • If cancelled 21 days prior to departure - forfeit 75% of deposit
  • If cancelled 14 days prior to departure - forfeit 100% of deposit
